As the finance technology landscape evolves, AI, Intelligent Automation (RPA), and Copilot technologies are at the centre, allowing finance leaders to automate routine tasks and refocus on high-value, strategic decisions.
However, cutting through the noise can be challenging. CFOs can struggle to identify and build strong business cases that prove the real ROI of these innovations.
In this hands-on session, we’ll get practical. Unpacking and discussing the real challenges CFOs face when implementing automation; from governance and compliance to achieving tangible benefits and providing some guidance on how you can work more effectively with IT to make this a reality.
Using real-world examples, we will share how finance leaders in Australia and New Zealand are tapping into their existing Microsoft platforms to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
